Our Soil Stabilization Process

Step 1: Consultation & Site Assessment

We begin with a free on-site evaluation where our specialists inspect your foundation, check soil conditions, identify signs of movement, and listen to the issues you’re experiencing. This helps us determine whether soil stabilization, drainage correction, or structural support is required.

Step 2: Diagnosis & Customized Plan

After the inspection, we explain exactly what’s happening beneath your structure and create a tailored stabilization plan. Most projects rely on our proprietary soil injection method, but we include options for piers, drainage solutions, or wall support if your property needs additional reinforcement.

Step 3: Soil Injection Treatment

Once approved, our team injects a specialized, non-toxic expanding material into the soil at strategic depths and locations. As it expands, it compacts the soil, eliminates voids, and locks the foundation into stable, immovable ground. The process is fast, clean, and typically completed within 1–2 days.

Step 4: Structural Support (If Needed)

For severe settlement or water-related issues, we integrate additional systems such as foundation piers, drainage correction, or retaining walls. Each solution is engineered to work hand-in-hand with our soil stabilization treatment for complete long-term protection.

Step 5: Final Inspection & Follow-Up

After installation, we inspect the stabilized areas, verify uniformity and proper performance, and walk you through the results. You’ll receive guidance on what to expect moving forward, and our team remains available for long-term support should you ever need it.
